CYC Fitting Out Supper

Saturday April 21st 2018
with Music from Cornish Jam

Bar from 18:45; Supper will be served at 19:15



Spring will be sprung by then, the hard work will be done, boats will be afloat, our summer cruising will be in the planning stages, the club will be decorated with spring flowers and Cornish Jam will be with us so it will be time for music and dancing and fun and who knows what!

The bar will be open from 18.45pm and our caterer for the evening Shirley Floyd will serve supper promptly at 19.15, so please arrive in time to have a sniffter and buy a bottle of your chosen tipple to go with your meal. Please book as soon as you like and definitely by Monday April 16th. (Cost £15.00pp)

If you have a Direct Debit Mandate, which is the preferred method:
Please login to the CYC Members’ Area and select 'Events' and click on 'Fitting Out Supper Saturday April 21st 2018'.
Please provide the number of Members and non-Members, the names of your guests (if any), your menu choices in the boxes and click 'Continue'.
Finally check the details and click 'Submit Application'; your payment to CYC is made by Direct Debit and an email is automatically sent to Jill with your menu choices.

If you have not set up your Direct Debit account, you can do that via the Members' Area. Please log in and click on 'Forms' / 'Direct Debit Mandate' and complete the Direct Debit Mandate.

Alternatively, please ring Jill Trew 01579 386939 or 07818 002624 or email jillftrew@yahoo.co.uk, letting her know the number of people coming, their food choices and any special food requirements not covered by the menu. Your booking will be confirmed by email, please then arrange payment, which is £13.50 per person.

Payment to Cargreen YC by Direct Debit is the preferred method, or by BACS sort code; 40-27-04, account number; 61293095.
